As the impact of COVID-19 increases across the globe, I wanted to explain the steps we’re taking to ensure continuity of customer service during the coming weeks.
We aim to maintain the level of service that our customers expect from InteliSoft, as well as ensure that we keep our people safe. Additionally, we want to make sure our offices aren’t helping to spread of the virus. We’ve taken several steps to try and minimise the disruption over the coming period including restricting customer onside services, encouraging best hygiene practices and ensuring that people of our business are set up to work from outside the office.
Fortunately, we are a business that is experienced in working with our customers remotely, over the phone, remote access software or email, rather than in person, and as a result we expect little disruption to your experience with us. We’ve built a business over the last 20 years that largely interacts with customers virtually – whether to try or use our products, get support, get updates or for any other way you might need support from InteliSoft. We will continue to support customers, develop our products and publish resources to help people working with our products. We are a customer satisfaction driven business and our promise is that we will continue to be and we will continue to do what we are doing since we started, to provide the best after sales support to our customers.
Like many other businesses we have had to change some of our operations. We will limit our staff to the most necessary for our company’s operations and that includes our support team. Members of our support team will only provide support remotely from their home. This may have an impact on customer support response but we hope that our loyal customers will understand that this situation hopefully will only be temporary and things will go back to normal soon and our staff will return back to the office.
This is a worrying time for everyone, but we hope with these measures in place that InteliSoft can be something you can rely on during this pandemic.
