InteliSoft’s journey started back in 1997, were it started locally here in Cyprus and slowly expanded towards EU countries specialising in financial applications for accounting and auditing firms with in-house accounting professionals.

Since then we’ve served over 3000 customers and have built up a broad level of experience that puts us in position to understand of the requirements needed. We have developed into one of the leading software companies in Cyprus and are relied upon and trusted by accounting firms and professionals.

At InteliSoft, over the years, we have always treated customer data with privacy and protection. We have never, used our customer data to promote third party adds for our own benefit and never will.

We can assure that we are securely collecting customer data and information related to companies and/or individuals that are necessary by lawful purposes as well as VAT compliance and Income Tax regulations.

All InteliSoft employees are obligated to sign a confidentiality agreement in respect to sensitive information and third party data protection.

Any data that a customer and its users put into our systems will only be processed in accordance with the customer’s instructions when required, and in accordance with our ‘Software License agreement’ and ‘Software Maintenance Agreement’.

Such actions require that our support team accesses customer data onsite or by using remote access third party tools that allows them to investigate and solve problems. It is therefore, up to the customer’s absolute decision to provide data access to our support team and it is our obligation to treat such data confidentially and securely.

As a software provider, InteliSoft understands its obligation to help its customers get ready for the GDPR compliance. We have analysed GDPR requirements and have put our development team to initiate and develop modules that will help our customers to enhance data integrity and security.
